There are approximately 35 minutes of 17 poses for strength and flexibility. This means that 10 have been added to the 7 taught in the first DVD. Poses are explained and demonstrated in detail because in Pilates form is extremely important if you are to achieve the full benefit of the exercises. A person who prefers a fast paced workout will not enjoy this as this workout will not get your heart racing or cause you to sweat. What regular Pilates practice will do, however, is get you in touch with your body, have better posture and body alignment, improved balance, better ease of movement in your daily activities and give you a longer, leaner look.
