Jennifer Kries guides you through the first 20-minute workout combining yoga, ballet and Pilates movements. The focus is on strengthening your core muscles.
This first session is suitable for beginners as it is not as challenging as the second routine or could serve as a warm up for the second 20 minute workout.
Lisa Wheeler leads the second more challenging workout with the combination of some yoga, ballet and more Pilates movements. The Pilates abs exercises are used extensively to target your abdominal muscles. Once you are familiar with these workouts, you can combine then with other workouts when you want to add some precision ab exercises to your routine.
