The total body workout starts out with 11 minutes of standing toning and weights. There is a combination of calisthenics, yoga and pilates with weights exercises. The workout can be modified with the use of heavier or lighter weights. The instruction on the exercises is excellent and the pace is a little fast.
Modifications to the exercises are offered. The music and stage are pleasing. The stage is designed to look like a room in a house. You do not need alot of space to do this workout. Those who have knee problems should be careful when performing the lunges, squats and plies. If you are serious about sculpting, this workout will deliver the maximum impact in a minimum amount of time. This workout is approximately 55 minutes.
