As a peace officer, fitness is essential. Because of my busy schedule, I don't always get a chance to make it to the gym. With my collection of dvds, I can get in a short or long workout depending on my time. I also use my exercise dvds to educate myself on fitness and I memorize certain exercises to perform at the gym when I do make there. L. Lopez, California
In 2006 I was diagnosed with diabetes. I decided to take responsibility for my health. Since I rely on public transportation, I could not afford the gym membership and transportation costs. I invested in the Leslie Sansone exercise and walking dvds. Six months later and thirty pounds lighter, my diabetes is totally under control to the point where I am not on medication. Now that I feel and look better, I am encouraged to add some new dvds to my exercise program. C. Wilson, New Mexico
As a young mother of three small children, I rarely have time to go to the gym. I like the short workout dvds where I can exercise for 20 minutes while the kids are napping. I also memorize the exercise routines so I can go through a short workout and target a specific body part when I can grab a few minutes to myself. J. Lucho, California
I am in my 70s and I’ve been recuperating from a serious illness this past year. I knew that I needed to exercise in order to speed up my recovery and avoid getting sick again. The illness left me very weak and thin. I cannot afford to go to the gym nor do I want to. I managed to get the George Foreman dvds. These have been helping me move and get the circulation I need into my body. I like that I can exercise in the privacy of my own home whenever I want. T. Garcia, California
The weather can get harsh here in Nevada and sometimes I don't want to leave the house. This is when I think it is more important to exercise to keep my immune system strong and maintain good circulation. With my library of exercise DVDs I can continue exercising regularly no matter what the weather is outside. I also find these DVDs entertaining and fun to exercise with. I tend to do the 20/20 Core Cardio more often and I am also working on mixing in some yoga by learning the poses on Yoga Step by Step. H. Beck, Reno Nevada
